You can design your own award by selecting the customize button above, by uploading an artwork file above or by emailing us the artwork you would like at: info @aztecip.com.
The best formats for any artwork submitted would be a vectorized art file. Vector images are made up of many individual, scalable objects. These objects are defined by mathematical equations rather than pixels, so they always render at the highest quality. Objects may consist of lines, curves, and shapes with editable attributes such as color, fill, and outline.
Common vector file formats are:
.AI (Adobe Illustrator)
.CDR (CorelDRAW)
.SVG (scalable vector graphics)
.EPS (encapsulated post script)
If you do not have these types of files please e-mail over your largest resolution or file size bitmap image for the best image quality for your award to: artwork @aztecip.com.
Once we receive your logo(s) and text files, we will prepare artwork layout(s) for you. When the artwork layouts are complete, we will email you the layout proof(s) in Adobe PDF format.
Please then review the sent proofs carefully and let us know if everything looks okay to send into production. Checking for:
- Spelling & punctuation
- Dates & info accuracy
- Layout as desired
- Image quality
Any edits can be made and once you are happy with the design you may then approve and your award will be sent into production.
Please note: your award/s will not go into production until we receive your approval of the emailed proofs.
